I have to confess that I was very skeptical about it when I first heard that baking soda could do so many things for skin and body. Even though I use baking soda to clean my mouth and teeth for several years, I had some doubt regarding my skin and hair. But surprise! It actually does great job. That is why I am going to share some beauty tips with the most known ingredient from your kitchen – Baking Soda. It does not help you just baking delicious recipes it does help you being “delicious”!

Face Mask

In order to get a free pimple face you need to apply a mask, made of 1 Tbsp baking soda and 1 Tbsp lemon juice and honey. Before apply this mask, make sure your face is already clean. Wait 15 minute and rinse with warm water.

Voluminous Hair

If you want to give body to your hair, you need a mask made of 2 Tbsp baking soda and a dab of your conditioner. Once a week apply this mask into your hair and let it stay 10 minutes. Then clean it thoroughly with warm water.

Peeling for Your Skin

Your delicate skin need to radiate, too. In order to achieve a good glowing skin you need once a week a fine peeling. The simplest way to do that is by combining a pinch of baking soda with your shower gel.


We know how much you love your dark nail lacquer, and every single time you are facing the same problem – yellow nails. Luckily, we have the solution for you! Mix whitening toothpaste with baking soda and lemon juice. Scrub your nails with this mixture using an old toothbrush.

White Teeth and Fresh Breath

If you regularly brush your teeth with a mixture made of baking soda, lemon juice and mashed strawberries your teeth will be white again. Baby Feet

Relax your feet once in awhile in a warm bath – your feet only. Add some drops of lavender oil and 3 Tbsp of baking soda. For super dry rough spots on your feet, rub the skin with baking soda and some water and you will have your baby feet again.
